ULTRA MASTIC COAT is a Non-Toxic environmentally friendly high molecular, high performance acrylic based waterproofing elastomeric membrane. This unique silicon modified pure emulsion coating has been engineered to act as a one-way membrane, allowing moisture to escape to the surface but prevents moisture ingress into the treated substrate. ULTRA MASTIC COAT is primarily used as a waterproofing emulsion to seal and protect concrete rooftops, under tile in wet areas, parapet walls, planter boxes, lashings, gutters, corrugated iron roofs, general leaks and bridging cracks. It can also be used to protect UV radiation and to provide insulation to the surface. It’s safe and easy to apply with No noxious fumes during coating and multiple coats can be applied on the same day if higher dry film thickness is required. Can also be used to seal asbestos sheets. Not recommended for use on substrates permanently submerged in water.
