Ultra Guard Waterproof Exterior Emulsion
Description
Ultra Guard Waterproof Emulsion is a 100% acrylic, anti-fungal, anti-algae, glossy emulsion with very high waterproofing properties. Highly durable, water-repellent, UV-resistant, fungus/algae/bacteria-resistant, thermally insulating, elastomeric and anti-sticking.

Usage
- Finish/Usage: Exterior
- Type: Water-based exterior emulsion
- Colours: 4 bases (white, light, medium, dark) — tintable to thousands of custom shades
- Limitations: Not recommended for floors or decks
- Surfaces: Exterior plaster, drywall, concrete, masonry, hardboard siding, gypsum board
- Surface prep: Clean, dry, free of wax/grease/oil/loose paint. Repair cracks with suitable filler.
- Storage: Cool, dry place
- Packing: 20 L · 10 L · 4 L · 1 L
- Practical coverage: 70–80 sqft per litre (2 coats), depending on substrate porosity
Surface preparation & application
- New work: Use one coat of primer over wall putty + 2 finish coats
- Refinish: Lightly sand glossy surfaces; wash chalky surfaces thoroughly
- Surface temperature: Ambient — avoid frost, fog or damp conditions
- Application: Stir well. Brush or roller. Apply 1 coat primer + 2 coats finish.
- Thinning: Use clean water — approx. 400–500 ml per litre for brush/roller
- Drying time: Surface dust-free in 4 hours. Recoat after 4 hours.
- Clean-up: Tools wash with soap and water
