Most of our emulsions become surface-dust-free in about 4 hours under normal conditions, with a recoat time of 4 hours. Drying may vary with humidity and temperature.
For new work, one coat of First Coat primer + two coats of finish emulsion is the recommended system. For repaints, prep the surface (sanding/washing) and apply two coats of finish.
